Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a culinary experience with Theory to Table, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all participants and guests involved in our sessions.
2. Booking and Payments
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We accept major credit cards and digital payments through our secure booking system. All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of standard ingredient costs unless specified otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled experience will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48-72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time rescheduling credit. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
4. Health and Liability
Participants are responsible for disclosing any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we take every precaution, Theory to Table is not liable for allergic reactions or injuries sustained during the hands-on cooking process.
