At Theory to Table, we believe the best culinary education starts right at home — where recipes are passed down, stories are shared, and everyone somehow ends up gathering in the kitchen anyway. Cooking is more than a skill; it is a tradition, a connection, and a chance to slow down, stir up joy, and savor the moments that matter most.

My own culinary story began beside my father. As a child, I watched him cook with curiosity until I eventually became his little sous-chef, spending countless hours by his side creating meals together. The kitchen became our place of connection, filled with laughter, conversation, and the simple joy of sharing food around the table.

After he passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2025, I knew I wanted to carry on the beautiful legacy he created — one filled with flavor, family, and love. Inspired by my father’s international palate and my own educational and professional background in culinary arts, business, and teaching, Theory to Table was created to help others experience that same connection through food.
